Lee-Anne Pace battled her way to a level-par 72 on Saturday to finish the Ladies European Tour’s Big Green Egg Open at Rosendealsche Golf Club in Arnhem, Netherlands in 13th place.
She finished the tournament on four-under-par 284, 14 shots behind the winner Stephanie Kyriacou of Australia. Kyriacou carded a closing four-under-par 67 to beat Finland’s Sanna Nuutinen by two shots after the pair had jointly led after 54 holes. Kylie Henry of Scotland was third, four strokes behind Nuttinen.
Pace started with a bogey on the first hole, and she picked that shot back up with a birdie on the fourth. A second birdie on the par-three sixth put her in red numbers, but she gave that stroke right back with a bogey on the seventh. She made bogey on 11 and birdie on 12, but she was unable to get back under par for her round.
Lejan Lewthwaite closed with a one-under 71 to finish in a share of 43rd on four-over for the tournament. Nobuhle Dlamini of Swaziland closed with a five-over 77 for a share of 53rd, and Stacy Bregman was in 56th after a level-par closer.
