Vincent goes 4-under to move to 12th in Japan

Scott Vincent carded a second-round four-under-par 68 on Friday to move into a share of 12th at the halfway mark of the Japan Golf Tour’s Shigeo Nagashima Invitational Sega Sammy Cup at North Country Golf Club in Chitose, Japan.

The Zimbabwean had a bogey-free round with four birdies as he goes into the weekend at seven-under for the tournament, four behind the leaders Kazuki Higa, Kunihiro Kamii and Taiko Nishiytama, all from Japan.

Shaun Norris signed for a two-under 70 in his second round to go to six-under for the tournament in a share of 24th, five strokes back.

Jbe’ Kruger missed the cut after he added a 75 to his opening 73.
