A three-under-par 69 on Friday saw Lee-Anne Pace climb to a share of fourth place ahead of the final round of the Ladies European Tour’s Mallorca Ladies Golf Open at Golf Son Muntaner in Palma, Mallorca, Spain.
It was a bogey-free round for Pace, as she moved to five-under-par for the 54-hole tournament. That was four strokes off the lead which was held by Chloe Williams of Wales, who had a superb seven-under-par 65 to move to nine-under and a one-shot lead over Alexandra Forsterling of Germany. Kristyna Napoleaova of the Czech Republic was third on six-under-par. Pace shared fourth with Marta Sanz Barrio of Spain, who had a 68 in the second round.
Casandra Alexander carded a second round of two-under-par 70 to move to two-under for the tournament and a share of 14th, while Nicole Garcia had a two-over 74, and, at five-over for the tournament, was in a share of 55th.
