He missed the cut on Friday after the second round of the PGA Tour’s RSM Classic at St Simon’s Island in Georgia, but MJ Daffue will have conditional status with at least a dozen starts on the tour for the 2024 season.

Daffue, who only earned his card late last year, carded a one-over-par 72 to miss the cut by five strokes, but, at 137th on the FedEx Cup Fall rankings, he knows he’ll be able to play at least some events next year, should he decide to not go to Q-School in search of on of the only five cards available there.

Dylan Frittelli also missed the cut, despite a second-round effort of five-under-par 66. He had some status to fall back on as a former PGA Tour winner, but he’ll need to play PGA Tour Q-School presented by Korn Ferry to earn his card back.
