Two late bogeys on Sunday kept Christo Lamprecht outside the top 10 as he finished in a share of 11th in the Astara Golf Championship presented by Mastercard at Country Club de Bogota in Bogota, Colombia.
Lamprecht bogeyed the 11th and 14th on the back nine as he carded a closing three-under-par 68 to reach 12-under-par for the tournament. That gave him a share of 11th, seven strokes behind the winning total of 19-under-par.
Logan McAllister of the United States closed with a seven-under-par 64 to ward off the challenge of countryman Davis Chatfield by one after Chatfield signed for a closing five-under 66.
Barend Botha missed the cut, while MJ Daffue, who made the weekend, closed with a three-over 74 to finish on two-under for the tournament in a share of 64th.
Lamprecht was projected to lose two place and slip to ninth on the Korn Ferry Tour rankings.
